Oversupply of Housing in Kildare Not As Bad as Other Counties

In a recent article in the Irish times by Mr. Rob Kitchin (Director of the National Institute for Regional and Spatial Analysis at NUI Maynooth) he states that Kildare, along with Fingal, Galway city, Meath, Wicklow and south Dublin did a “reasonable job at keeping [housing] supply and demand aligned”.  This is in stark contrast with many other counties where there is now significant oversupply of housing and may prove to a key determinant in relation to future economic recovery within the county.  To see the article in full please click on the link below:
